Welcome
Welcome to the women's homepage of the Erlangen Graduate School in Advanced Optical Technologies.
Here you will find information about our various activities that provide:
- encouragement for girls and young women to study in SAOT & MAOT
- participation in interesting groups and many programs and events held throughout the year
- information about careers and companies
- a conducive environment to the successful studies completion
- awareness of gender concerns such as work equality, health problems, relationships, childcare and etc.
We also maintain strong relationships with alumnae, friends and our corporate partners who generously support our program.
We want to create and foster involvement opportunities that enhance personal, interpersonal, and organizational development. To that end we serve this community as an advisor, administrator, and educator for students and student organizations. We assist students in achieving their fullest potential.
